We have specifically tailored fundamentals classes in both BJJ and Muay Thai that are best suited for those starting out. These classes go through the foundational techniques that you build on, and with other students of the same experience level. Please see our timetable, and refer to those classes 'Fundamentals' or 'All Levels'. If you sign up for our free trial, we will detail the best classes for you to try out.

We like you to have a good foundation in both Muay Thai and BJJ before commencing our MMA 'sparring' classes. This is usually 3 months of training in each style and doing your first grading in each. For MMA 'fundamentals' you can start earlier and upon discussion with the coaching staff. By doing this, you will have a more effective ability to merge and transition the techniques required in MMA training, and specifically in understanding the drilling and sparring components. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to start your training.

That's great, and we would love for you to come and continue your training with us. If you're experienced in one of our programs than you may come to one of our advanced level classes. Please do enquire first by contacting us. We can then direct you to the best classes for you to attend or try-out.
