Can I do MMA straight away?We like you to have a good foundation in both Muay Thai and BJJ before commencing our MMA 'sparring' classes. This is usually 3 months of training in each style and doing your first grading in each. For MMA 'fundamentals' you can start earlier and upon discussion with the coaching staff. By doing this, you will have a more effective ability to merge and transition the techniques required in MMA training, and specifically in understanding the drilling and sparring components. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to start your training.
