Mixed Martial Arts or MMA is a hybrid combat sport incorporating a wide range of fighting techniques including striking, grappling from various martial arts.

Our classes focus on bringing together striking and kicking from Muay Thai and Boxing, with grappling from both Wrestling, Judo and BJJ. Students will bring their skills from specific classes and apply and grow within the MMA environment. Students are therefore required to have at least 3 months experience in our Muay Thai and BJJ curriculum.

We train beginners through to Amateur and Professional fighters, working with governing bodies and fight promotions for those that do or are looking to compete. Contact us if you are interested or would like to come try out our classes.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or BJJ is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.

BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique, taking the fight to the ground - most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person. Training can be used for sport grappling tournaments and Mixed Martial Arts competition or self-defense.

We offer classes for beginners with no experience all the way to high-level competitors. Our classes are structured around our syllabus for all individuals from those that want to learn something new or compete.

Muay Thai is a martial art that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. The discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterised by the use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

This discipline is known as the most effective striking system due to the use all the whole body to attack both from a distance as well as in close. It is a great way to get fit whilst learning new self defense skills.

Our instructors have extensive striking experience and are dedicated to your fitness, competition or general training goals. Check out our timetable and come try out our fundamentals classes for beginners or advanced classes for experienced fighters.
